Years of practise and ongoing critical examination of our own production processes form the basis of a wealth of knowledge and experience. As a result, those procedures have led to the gaining of control over each process. A controllable process also means a predictable process.

HNF monitors the entire production process, keeping a careful watch on quality in order to enable adjustment whenever necessary. To achieve that dimensional tolerances are measured continuously, and X-ray equipment is used to monitor homogeneity. Quality is our trademark, our pursuit of continuous improvement bears witness to that.

As a result of these critical analyses and many years of experience, we have become capable of making agreed delivery times and dimensional tolerances a reality. That also provides HNF with the possibility of delivering with certificates.

HNF also takes the environment into account. Not only is aluminium extremely well-suited for recycling, but your product is also cast in an environmentally-friendly process. Due to the application of permanent moulds in the process, no waste matter is produced.
