Low-pressure die-casting is a variant of gravity die-casting. The molten aluminium is led into the mould through a rising channel with the aid of gas pressure. This method provides similar products to gravity die-casting, but the weight of the products produced can be somewhat greater - from 2 to 25 kilograms.
